Notably, the archive is accessible offline.

Edit Your Tunes
Nota ABC allows for comprehensive editing capabilities. Users can modify the ABC notation of each tune and adjust it to suit their specific requirements. Additionally, there is an option to create original tunes from scratch by customizing each ABC note and field.

Score and ABC Previews for Quick Reference
The tunes list features a convenient preview option—users can select between a score format for those familiar with traditional musical notation or an ABC format as preferred. The app displays the first few bars of each tune for quick identification without needing to delve into the detailed view.

Audio Preview
In addition to visual previews, Nota ABC includes audio playback directly from the tunes list, catering to those with a more aural-focused memory.

Additionally, users may import ABC tune books or select individual tunes, as well as utilize CSV file import capabilities for easy migration from applications like Excel or Numbers.

Automatic Syncing
The app utilizes iCloud for seamless data backup and synchronization across devices. Users can work interchangeably on iPhones or iPads with edits updated in near real time.

Your Data Remains Yours
While Nota ABC provides an efficient way to manage your collection, it ensures that users retain ownership of their data. A range of accessible export options allows data extraction from Nota ABC without restrictions. Each tune edit generates a local backup that can be exported at any time. Should you choose to discontinue using Nota ABC, you can easily download your backup as a zipped file containing a complete tune book along with simple and detailed exports of individual tunes.
